Spotted: a comeback no one saw coming
They used to call her invisible.
Not to her face of course not. People at st celeste high are way to polite for that. But invisibility has a sound. Its the silence when you sit down at lunch. The way teachers forget to call on you. The way boys look through you instead of at you.
Her name is lena moore and once upon a time she was known as "the fat girl". Pretty , yes kind definitely. But in a world full of sharp jawlines and flat stomachs that wasn't enough.
